We will only consider catalog requests for legitimate businesses. Persons interested in requesting catalogs for special orders only will not be approved. NOTE! You may only request catalogs if your store is located in Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana or Mississippi. You must also have a valid state sales tax ID or a business license in the name of your business. If you are located in some other state please contact the local sales rep for that area.
